Philosophy of Service
My goal is to provide to my clients with a safe, comfortable and supportive environment where all manor of eating issues can be addressed. I believe each one of us has the capacity to improve our health and take control of unbalanced nutrition habits to turn them around for a more nourished and centered life. I use a non-judgement, non-diet approach to empower my clients to find the skills they need to feel better inside and out.

BIO: For 15 years, Pamela Kelle has been specializing in nutrition education, weight management, wellness, and eating disorders. Pamela helps individuals and groups overcome barriers to success by offering personalized nutrition assessments and meal planning. Her clients learn to set attainable goals, to change eating habits and beliefs they have long carried with them with regard to diet and weight loss. In addition, Pamela Kelle has been the Southeast Tennessee Media Spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association and is often featured on local news programs and writes for the Chattanooga Times, Health Scope Magazine, Parent to Parent and other print media. She is active in state and national organizations that support and encourage the continued improvement of health and wellness in youth and the adult population. Pamela began her career in clinical nutrition with Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation; was the Certified Diabetes Educator/ Nutritionist for an outpatient diabetes program at Parkridge Hospital; and as a consultant with various high schools and colleges for sports nutrition. She designed and operates the nutrition and body image programs at Solace Outpatient Eating Disorder Center. Pamela’s degree is in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her internship and clinical training was conducted at Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee. She is now a committed yogi, longtime runner and enjoys time with her girlfriends, husband John and their menagerie of pets.
