I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa certification with Dolly Stavros in January 2010. Being five months pregnant at the completion of my training, I enjoyed the opportunity to teach prenatal yoga for the remainder of my pregnancy. My son continues to be a part of my practice as he joins me for Mommy-Baby yoga. In the class, I try to create a practice that allows mothers to nurture themselves while strengthening the bond with baby through healthy and fun movement. My intention is that mamas and babies leave the class feeling peaceful, rejuvenated, and balanced.
