I received my 300 hour teaching certificate from the Sivananda Yoga Vendanta Center. My training was taught in an ashram during the 2 month program.
I have taken many workshops from teachers including; Jill Miller, Tias Little, Doug Keller, David Swenson, and Swami Lalitananda. I also attended the 2006 Yoga Journal Conference in Boston.
