Thankful for: being married to my best friend and hero for 24 years, four amazing daughters that fill my heart with love and wonder, heart friends far and near who have truly become my family, and my church family that seriously IS my family, and finally my boot camp girls!

Why yoga: in the words of my brilliant 18 year old daughter, "yoga makes me feel strong and beautiful and perfect right were I am".

3 words that describe me: loyal, enthusiastic, encouraging

Favorite pose and why: birds of paradise because I feel like a beautiful,strong dancer

1st yoga class: have no idea date or who taught, but third was with the amazingly beautiful Sara Mingus and I was hooked for life.

Hobbies: reading, seeing great films, going to NYC once a year to experience superb theatre and art and food. Watching my girls doing anything- but really love their musical theatre performances! I am also taking guitar up at 45!
