Hobbies Besides Yoga: I love to cook, take photos, create pottery, and walk our 4 dogs that adopted us!

I received my 200 - hour Yoga Alliance certification through Asheville Yoga Center in 2009 and continue to train with Stephanie Keach at AYC. I enjoy teaching flow yoga encouraging my students to trust their own intuitive knowledge. Classes usually begin with centering through meditation and breathing.  We then flow through asanas with body awareness and alignment principles, but also a sense of playfulness!  I believe if we are curious and willing to explore, we unfold into our life’s journey with love and self-acceptance.
