Hobbies:  morning walks, disconnect time with my family and my rat fink bike.

Movement = sacred to me.

I have danced my whole life, whether it's been grooving to a good song, taking a dance fitness class or flowing through a Vinyasa, my body can't get enough. 

I took my first vinyasa class in 2009 and I had a feeling of arriving home.  Vinyasa Yoga gave me what the fitness world didn't, an emphasis on the internal journey~ [yum!]

I received my 200 hour RYT certificate from Dolly Starvos of ASMI Yoga.  I thank all my teachers for sharing their passion of this practice with me:  Shiva Rea for opening my heart, Shanti Smythe for her minute cues that have changed my life, Dolly Starvos  for opening my voice and throwing out all the rules and inspiring me to do the same, Bry Humphreys for reminding me we are all good dancers~ 

I invite you to be playful in your practice, and know that you are enough...just as you are~

Yin/Yang Yoga: Wednesday 5:30-6:45

Yin Yoga: Friday 8:30-9:45am
