I first discovered yoga in 1999, attracted to the physical “workout” of the Ashtanga practice. As my yoga practice continues to deepen and evolve, I’m convinced it brings balance and focus to my life - allowing me to contribute more fully and with greater awareness as a mother, wife, friend, and steward of the earth. Inspired to help others with the transformation of heart, mind and body, I completed my 200-hour teacher training under Dolly Stavros of Red Stone Yoga in spring 2008. I teach a fun and powerful vinyasa flow that builds strength and balance - with a bit of reflective and inspirational themes thrown in for good measure. My goal is that you leave my class energized, peaceful, joyous and more than likely a bit sweaty. Off my mat, I enjoy hiking, running, cooking, reading and spending time with my loving husband and two young children.
