Flow Yoga

Flow is a graceful blend of alignment principles and vinyasa flow. Meditation in motion that links breath with movement into the postures are all a part of Flow Yoga. These classes move along more fluidly than a basic alignment class and are not set series of postures such as Ashtanga. Flow offers a physical, emotional and spiritual linking of the poses and breath. The room is warm but not HOT.
